Lite(Free) Users
If you are using the free version of PDF Embedder, support is available through the plugin forum on WordPress.org. Post your question there, and the community, along with the plugin team, can help.
Premium Users
Active Premium license holders have access to priority email support with faster response times. Submit a request directly from your Account Support page.
Currently, phone, live chat, and remote sessions are not available. Email support is the primary channel for all Premium support inquiries.
Standard support hours are 9am to 5pm ET, Monday through Friday. Responses outside those hours are not guaranteed.
Getting the Fastest Response
To help resolve your issue as quickly as possible, include the following when you submit a ticket:
- A link to the page on your site where the problem is visible
- Any relevant screenshots showing the issue
- The version of PDF Embedder you are running
